comfortable stay, but hard to navigate
The King Junior Suite provided ample space for our family, making it easy to accommodate our two young children. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when they returned my son's lost toy, which meant a lot to us. The view from our room towards the heart of the city was truly a delightful feature, adding a touch of beauty to our stay.
Finding the correct lifts was a bit confusing, given the layout of the hotel and adjacent properties.

The Junior Suite I stayed in was quite spacious, providing plenty of room to move around. The overall ambiance of the hotel has a modern and welcoming feel, which is a nice touch after a long day of travel.
There were a few letdowns during my stay. The only coffee in the room was decaf, leading to a 10-minute wait for regular coffee, which is not ideal. there were only two bottles of water, which isn’t enough for a stay. The room service menu felt limited and surprisingly expensive for what was offered. Lastly, the check-in experience was less than smooth, as some travelers faced overbooking issues that had them scrambling to find alternate accommodations upon arrival.
